RoomGuard represents the world's first affordable early-warning detector based upon electronic nose technology.
Our unique RoomGuard unit can detect gases, fumes and other noxious substances at concentrations of a few parts per million.
It can actually detect the smell produced by the chemical breakdown of materials affected by heat. You and I would call that 'smouldering', and as any fireman knows, an electrical appliance can smoulder for hours - even days - before igniting into fire, and a C-it RoomGuard gives you precious time to act.
Each RoomGuard unit comes complete with built-in ethernet, GSM/GPRS and SMS mobile telecommunications. Upon detection it can send an SMS text alert or provide feedback to any monitoring service via our EPO software supplied.
DiagNose - The Programmable Electronic Nose for Laboratories
Our DiagNose is a small electronic nose unit for laboratory testing.
It comprises of a patented e-nose sensor array equipped with a pump and an ethernet port for data communications.
Data can be fed back to the EPO software supplied for recording and analysis. The pump can be turned on or off via ethernet or by a manual switch.
DiagNose can detect a wide range of volatile organocarbons and indeed, any substance that can cause a redox reaction.
